Merchant details (e.g. for correspondence)

This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to change your merchant details, such as business name, address, contact information, and more, which are used for correspondence and other purposes.

Step 1: Log in to your account

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the login page of the platform.

  2. Enter your email address and password, and click on the “Log in” button.

Step 2: Access your merchant settings

  1. Once logged in, locate the “Account Settings” option on the left side of the application, typically within the main menu or a collapsible sidebar.

  2. Click on "Merchant Settings" or a similar option to open the settings page.

Step 3: Navigate to the merchant details section

  1. On the Account Settings page, locate the “Merchant Details” section or a similarly named area. This section is where you can manage your merchant information, such as business name, address, and contact details.

  2. Navigate to the labels above the input fields that you wish to edit.

Step 4: Update your merchant details

  1. To update “Branding”, select the Accent Color with hex representation or use the color picker. If you want to provide a Merchant Logo, click the “Select Logo” button and upload one from your computer. Upload your merchant logo for use in correspondence with your customers. The image must be at least 140 pixels wide and 140 pixels tall. Once you have selected everything, click “Save Brand Settings” to save the changes. Any logo enhancements related to framing or positioning can be done on the embedded editor side of the app.

  2. To update your address, locate the “Merchant Details” section and enter your new address information in the corresponding input fields, such as Business Address, Business City, State, Zip Code, Phone, and Email. After updating the information, click “Save Merchant Details” or a similar button to save your changes.

  3. To update your contact information, locate the “Contact Information For Partner Communication” section. Update your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone in the corresponding input fields. Click “Save Contact Information” or a similar button to update your contact information.

  4. To change the Default Language, locate the “Default Language” section. Click on the dropdown list labeled “Language” and pick your preferred language. Then, click on the “Save Default Language” button to save your changes.

Step 5: Log out and log back in (optional)

  1. To verify that your changes have been saved, you can log out of your account by clicking on the green text “Logout” in the left bottom corner.

  2. Log back in using your email address and password to confirm that your merchant details have been updated successfully.
