Receipt settings (notifications after every successful payment)

This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to change your receipt settings, which determine the notifications you receive after every successful payment.

Step 1: Log in to your account

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the login page of the platform.

  2. Enter your email address and password, and click on the “Log in” button.

Step 2: Access your account settings

  1. Once logged in, locate the “Account Settings” option on the left side of the application, typically within the main menu or a collapsible sidebar.

  2. Click on “Receipts” or a similar option to open the settings page.

Step 3: Navigate to the receipt settings section

  1. On the Receipt Settings page, locate the “Receipt Settings” section or a similarly named area. This section is where you can manage the notifications you receive after every successful payment.

Step 4: Update your receipt settings

  1. To enable or disable email notifications, locate the checkboxes labeled “The Partner's Application account owner” and “The customer that made the payment.” Check the box to enable notifications or uncheck it to disable them.

  2. If the email notifications are enabled by checking the box with the label “The customer that made the payment,” you may need to customize the email receipt text. Update the following fields as desired: ”Customer Receipt - Email Subject,” “Customer Receipt - Email Header,” and “Customer Receipt - Email Message.”

  3. Click the “Send Sample Receipt” button to send a preview of the receipt to the specified email address. Note: If both email receipt checkboxes are enabled above, you will receive both test receipts.

Step 5: Save your changes

  1. After updating your receipt settings, click on “Save Receipt Settings” or a similar button to apply the updates to your notification preferences.

Step 6: Log out and log back in (optional)

  1. To verify that your changes have been saved, you can log out of your account by clicking on the green text “Logout” in the left bottom corner.

  2. Log back in using your email address and password to confirm that your receipt settings have been updated successfully.
