Sandbox Currency

This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to change your sandbox currency, which is used for testing transactions and simulating payments within the platform's sandbox environment.

Step 1: Log in to your account

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the login page of the platform.

  2. Enter your email address and password, and click on the “Log in” button.

Step 2: Access your account settings

  1. Once logged in, locate the “Account Settings” option on the left side of the application, typically within the main menu or a collapsible sidebar.

  2. Click on “Developer” or a similar option to open the settings page. You will find a section labeled “Developer Settings” that includes the “Sandbox currency” subsection.

Step 3: Navigate to the sandbox currency settings section

  1. On the Developer page, locate the “Sandbox currency” section or a similarly named area. This section is where you can manage the currency used for testing transactions within the sandbox environment.

Step 4: Update your sandbox currency

  1. To change your sandbox currency, locate the dropdown list in the “Sandbox currency” subsection or a similar label.

  2. Click on the dropdown list and select your desired currency from the available options. The list may include options such as USD, EUR, GBP, CZK, and other major currencies.

  3. Once you have selected your desired currency, click on the “Save” button or a similar button to apply the updates to your sandbox currency settings.

  4. If the changes were saved successfully, a short popup with the text “Currency code has been updated” should appear.

Step 5: Log out and log back in (optional)

  1. To verify that your changes have been saved, you can log out of your account by clicking on the green text "Logout" in the left bottom corner.

  2. Log back in using your email address and password to confirm that your sandbox currency settings have been updated successfully.
